Absolutely nothing to report from meditation. Unfortunately, discouragement builds after investing a lot of time in it and then getting no results. I certainly do not experience any of the joy, energy, or nondual states reported by Jeff or Bodhi. :( I will likely give myself more time then try to rededicate myself when I am less disillusioned.
